On the way to see Jesus the Wise men are stopped by King Herod. This is a defining moment for the King. He pretends to want to worship on honor Jesus but in his heart he is threatened and resentful about the birth of Jesus. Instead his legacy is that of a king who was desperate for power and focused on building his own kingdom at any cost.
