After having a dream from God of how Joseph would lead and have significant influence he finds himself sold into slavery by his brothers. This didn’t just seem to be the wrong road, it seemed to be going in the opposite direction. There are all kinds of events and circumstances that are detours but may feel like a dead end. We later discover that what felt like a difficult detour was actually a strategic path to get us to the destination God had in mind from the beginning.
