Practice: Meditation
The weapon of the enemy is lying. It deceives us into choosing sin and distancing ourselves from God and the full life that He desires for us to live. The defense against lies is truth. David, in Psalm 19, reflects on the truth of God’s word, and how those who meditate on it, learn from it, and trust in it will find themselves closer to God. Meditations equips us with the truth to fight the lies of the enemy and embrace the full life that God offers.
